Read moreWe went to plainlands on Monday with my in-laws and we looked forward to having a coffee.
My mother in law ordered a cappuccino
She didn't get that, she got watered down cold to warm "coffee" as to what she reckons it's like dishwater. She didn't want to make a complaint. I volunteered as I know she's shy and she loves her cappuccino. I went to complain and notices the cafe end of the McDonald's were shut..
And there was no staff around to talk too. So I waited my turn til everyone picked up their orders. The person Infront of me complained there chips were cold. And got fresh hot chips.
Then it was my turn, I politely stated that it's cold to warm and it's not a cappacino,
Hence why I gave two stars on service, the lady who was the manager was gracious and immediately took it. I was expecting a new cappucino, and all she did was heat it up and put chocolate powder on it. ......
That's not good guys. Please get trained in baristering. A cappuccino is where you add the thick layer of froth to the top (I used to do baristering for a living).
It was flat,... It was awful. I didn't want to complain again. The lady was either lazy... And couldn't be bothered or she genuinely had no idea what a cappuccino is.
Again, please train your staff McDonald's...

Went back into line with 3 people in front of me, when the cashier was serving the 3rd person another employee told cashier to get back to the back after he was done with the customer. Leaving me standing there shocked that he'd just walk away. The lady who had told him to go back to the sorting area made eye contact with me many times and huffed about the cashier taking so long with the customer in front of me. UNBELIEVABLE that they would just abandon the next customer, I just wanted to swap a kids toy because 2 were Pokemon and 1 was the older car. I thought it would be a quick job. Waited about 5 min before someone else caught my shocked face and asked if they could help me. Took them 15seconds to change the toy. From walking in to walking out I was there about 30 min. Hubby went through drive thru, took him about 15min too. I watched the "serving time" screen and it was completely inaccurate. Most were showing all green while I knew at least 1 person was...
