The Coffee Club Café Plainlands Drive Thru — Restaurant in Queensland

I was hesitant to review this place given the initial situation but after today this needs to be said.

My mother enjoys a particular drink from Coffee Club with a few changes and every single time we order is the exact same way. A large Salted Caramel Espresso Frappe with icecream, no whipped cream and a shot of chocolate syrup blended in to the drink. It should be $11.20 but both myself and my mother ordering this drink have been charge anywhere from $8.20 to $11.40.

Today when I ordered this same drink for my mother I was charged $9.47. I asked for a receipt and it seems like a service charge has been added which isn’t something notified to people in the drive through. Regardless, I paid and went to the second window where I was handed a drink with whipped cream. I calmly explained I asked for no whipped cream and the young guy serving me took the drink back and removed the whipped cream. In that time I checked my receipt and it very clearly said minus whipped cream. When he handed me back the drink the guy then decided that chastising me and making me look like an idiot for even asking for the correct drink I paid for. He was very passive aggressive in the way he spoke to me and it was honestly disgusting.

The staff at this establishment clearly don’t know how to correctly operate the point of sale system and whoever this young guy was at the drive through window this morning needs desperate customer service training on how to speak to...

Not sure what's going on at the moment with these guys but I'm disappointed sitting in a drive though for 26 minutes is a joke. The girls are standing around while cars are backed up and reversing out and leaving including my self leaving money lost I counted 11 cars that left. Just 4 weeks ago I would of rated this 10/10 u would pull up the staff were quick to respond and very fast to get you back on the road with amazing food the young man Bowen was amazing on the drive though speaker would even make u laugh. Made your day with a good laugh and great service but fast is what I loved about this place atm its not a good experience.

Thought I'd give this place ago again since I still pay for a membership Now i know why I go to Cafe 63 in gatton Order big breakfast with latte Flat grill with a coffee in takeaway cup so I could take it with me as I don't drink my coffee fast Big breakfast - mushroom cold ask to redo and when returned relish was not returned then came back 10 mins later Flat grill came out of small plate with no side salad When asked about it we were told salad was optional where the menu clearly states that it comes with salad.
