Staff and service is always good at Michel's in Hinkler Central since new franchisees. The last ones had some staff with attitude that we went elsewhere for quite a long time. Food is always tasty and served promptly with a smile and often a quick chat. We had today a French custard slice , eat it at the coffee for $6.50 , it wasn’t fresh at all,it was soaked well ,no crisp no fresh flavor very disappointed., it was chewy, hard to swallow.I asked the service person nice and friendly is it possible this is not from today taste not good at all , she answer yes it is fresh , this was it.
