Used to love getting Noodle box when we didn't feel like cooking, but the last few times have been terrible. Staff being rude, food tasting bland, containers not completely filled etc. The most recent experience was awful. Ordered online at 7:30 and set my pick up time for 30 minutes. Headed in when the site said my order was ready. There were 4+ staff in the store and I was the only customer. Not one hello despite looking right at me, staff seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. Picked up my order, said my thanks, and headed home. Food was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 combination noodle as part of a deal. Both looked really pale and had a strange sour smell. Thinking maybe the sauce wasn't mixed through properly my partner and I still tried it. He told me that it is what it is and if I’m not happy with my order then that’s too bad. He said that he won’t do anything because I paid Uber and not the restaurant and that “This is the law of the country”.
