Noodle Box Fairfield Waters — Restaurant in Queensland

Used to love getting Noodle box when we didn't feel like cooking, but the last few times have been terrible. Staff being rude, food tasting bland, containers not completely filled etc. The most recent experience was awful. Ordered online at 7:30 and set my pick up time for 30 minutes. Headed in when the site said my order was ready. There were 4+ staff in the store and I was the only customer. Not one hello despite looking right at me, staff seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. Picked up my order, said my thanks, and headed home. Food was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 combination noodle as part of a deal. Both looked really pale and had a strange sour smell. Thinking maybe the sauce wasn't mixed through properly my partner and I still tried it. Orderd the family pack everything was good except my combination it smelt and tasted off, I called the restaurant to let them know was told to wait for a call back from the manger he pretty much told me that they have sever the same thing to 50 other people that night and they checked all the food and nothing smelt off but was ask to drive all the way back with the food for them to make sure it was off which I completely understood. they make me something different which was all good until the cook made me taste the food in front off him which honestly made me very uncomfortable but they never apologised for giving me off food or even acknowledge the fact that it was off honestly would off just liked a apology and or acknowledgement. I did not get what I paid for. I paid for 2 large meals and only got regular-sized ones. I called the restaurant to complain and the manager was so rude. He told me that it is what it is and if I’m not happy with my order then that’s too bad. He said that he won’t do anything because I paid Uber and not the restaurant and that “This is the law of the country”. He called me horrible for complaining and telling him that I’m not happy with my order. And then he just hung up on me. He never even apologised.
