Really beautiful shop and has great potential but the staff in the Cafe come across as unwelcoming and rude. No smiles or welcoming demeanour at all just staring with blank faces or looking down. The salads are tastless and the chicken you can add isn't freshly roasted chicken. It tasted, smelt and looked like that highly processed ingham chicken junk. Almost like mock chicken. It was really disappointing and discusting. My kids had the kids smoothies. Mango and Berry. They were surprisingly horrible. They didn't want to drink them so I tasted them and I understood why. They are meant to be mango ice cream and milk i was told, but they tasted more like mango/berry sorbet ice and milk. My son loves mango smoothies but he said this tastes really bad. There was absolutely no creamy or mango taste to it as with the berry one too. Just watery artificial tasting sludge!!. If it was my place I'd be nipping the staff attitudes in the bud and getting the smoothies right by actually tasting them and then reviewing how the staff are making them. the worst organic store trip I've ever experienced. I watched two staff members preparing food behind the counter and eating it and licking their fingers as they went, it was pretty off-putting. They were also incredibly hostile and rude. When I asked for help, three stuff members stood staring at each other until one reluctantly volunteered, only to tell me she didn't know where anything I wanted was. Just a yuck vibe from an otherwise beautiful store. 0/10 don't go there.
