Villa Noosa Hotel — Restaurant in Queensland

Yesss, this happened a few years ago, but it’s kinda hard to get over it. There was sketchy people who stayed in this villa as well disrupting others including my room. My mum was already asleep when it happened. But there was a couple of people being sketchy and they were knocking on my and other people’s doors for fun, and then I suddenly saw a weird figure on the window of the bathroom when I was taking a shower at nighttime. I had to turn my lights off because I was undressed getting ready for a shower. I wasn’t sure if there was a flicker or anything, but I saw something and those people was very sketchy and the whole night and day, I was worried that something was gonna happen. In the morning though, I heard a knock and thought it was one of those people again and I didn’t open it. But a few mins after that, I’m not sure if the man owned this villa, but there was like a little rectangular door next to the actual door to get in and out, he opened that and probably thought no one was there. Very strange and odd thing to do. So I did tell my mum some of those events, but it was just a weird and sketchy experience. I’m sure the same people the same night/day who stayed was weirded out as well. It is a very old story. It was a few years ago, not long though. The time when I thought it was gonna be a peaceful night and morning turned a bit of hell and sketchy ness. I hope this issue was solve and those people was reported because I couldn’t do much neither my mum since I was the one who encountered all of it and I was really young probably in my 14-15 years of age. I was very paranoid. I even had to take a picture of that little blurry window to check the privacy. It did seem a bit worrisome that if I put my phone’s camera right in front of the window, my camera can kind of see the inside. I just really hope that these issues are fixed and check well for the people who enters the villa so no sketchy people can come by and invade people. But that was just my little story. I don’t have the photo anymore, since I can’t find it in my photos app which sucks because I can’t probably use it as some “evidence”. Thank you for your patience of reading this. issue after issue. AND THEN FOOD POISONING. When we were greeted at the podium to request a table, a man came to serve us, we told him we would like a seat, then we just walks off and starts serving people behind the var without serving us. so we were left standing there until another woman came to help. Then when i ordered we ordered starters as our mains, i asked if they could all be brought out at the same time as the other main and sure enough, it didn't. so my partner and our friend had their meals and were finished before mine even hit the table. My meal wasn't correct either. i asked for medium rare steak and it was cooked well done. Then when i went to order cocktails i ordered two of their most advertised drinks (large signage above the bar) and no one new how to even make the drinks and then the manager informed me they were out of blueberry for one of the drinks and have been for months now... why would you still advertise this drink if you haunt had it in months.When the waitress collected out plates she did not say a thing to us. did not ask how our meals were, if we were finished or if we would like another drink, NOTHING. I was not going to complain as i understand these things happen and they may have been having an off night. that is until my partner and our friend got sever food poisoning. Both of the boys had a plate of BBQ chicken wings to themselves for dinner (the only other thing they had eaten was ham and cheese toasties all day and was the only thing they ate that night) at around 4am they both started to vomit and get extremely sick. At first we thought it was the two cocktails and the sugar syrup that didn't quite mix well with their dinner, however they since haven't been able to stomach a mouthful of food or even a sip of water, and have both been curled around the toilet bowl for the past 6 hours. They are showing the exact same symptoms and we have been informed its food poisoning. like i said i'm not usually one to complain.. but after all of the above happening in one night at one restaurant, AND THEN the two that ate the wings gets food poisoning? I stayed in your property for one night for a wedding are my youngest niece, I have been hotelier for about 25 years from 2 star up to 5 stars. I have also stayed in backpackers. I’m fine if somethings old and but clean but when it’s plain dirty and in need of maintenance?people are paying a lot of money there’s absolutely no excuse.||Please see some points that I would like to bring to your attention.||||1. Extremely noisy rooms I could he’s the people next-door, Need to look at some type of buffer for in the middle of the interconnecting doors, all that I could hear them was talking and having sex and snoring.||2. I did not sleep||3. Beds are old I could feel the springs in my back. I ended up sleeping on the lounge||4. Bathrooms Needs capital||5. Broken tiles in bathroom||6. Mold in grouting||7. Toilet brush Rusty||8. Bathroom ceilings are rusty and moldy||9. Pillows need to be thrown away in fact they are falling apart see the photo, (seriously)???||10. Mattress protector with yellow marks (we all know what that is)||11. There was a long Pubic hair on the bottom of the sheet I don’t have long curly pubes????!||12. There was rubbish under the bed in fact it was a used condom||I’m fine if it’s small things but soon as I found the long pubic hair the bottom sheet when I was helping housekeeping strip the room I instantly felt sick. I then looked under the bed and I found a condom. This hotel just absolutely ruined my whole weekend from a lovely wedding. Upon check out I asked for a email and she said was there a problem (this was an understatement) I just couldn’t of been bothered about talking to her about it and I just said the rooms need a lot of capital and she said all we are one of the cheapest in the area and you’re in Noosa.||||We live in a world of Covid I’m at 200% sure this room has not been cleaned to a Covid standard.
