Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Queensland

Order One:

Online order to pickup. Came into the store to pick it up after 30 minutes and they hadn't made the order yet. Tried to tell me I placed the order with a different store, which I didn't. Eventually they found it in their system and tried to make me pay for it again. I showed them proof that I had already paid online so they went ahead with making the order. I also placed a separate order for a melt since I had to wait anyway. I then went over to Hungry Jacks and came back 30 minutes later. They handed me the melt and said have a nice night. I asked what about everything else that I ordered and they didn't know I had more. They went out to the kitchen and came back to tell me it wasn't ready yet. I then waited in store until they made it. When it was finally made, I took everything to my car and checked everything. I had paid extra for sauce to be drizzled over the top of one pizza which they didn't add. So I took that back inside and made them put the sauce on my pizza. Useless staff. I blame the manager and the new owner of the store, as it really seems like all their new employees are not trained properly.

Order Two:

2 pepperoni pizzas ordered for delivery. One thin, one deep dish. What happened to the pepperoni on the deep dish?! It taste like it doesn't even have cheese, just a raw dough taste.

This is the second time that I received a pepperoni pizza made like this, even when paying extra for more pepperoni. It's an absolute scam!

They also called me to say I had to pick up the order cause I apparently put the address of the store as my delivery address somehow.. I told them my address over the phone for them to still do the delivery and they took 30 minutes to deliver when I live 3 minutes from the store.

I placed an order last night for ASAP delivery to which I was quoted a 6:26pm delivery time which worked great. I placed the order without a hiccup and waited for delivery, 6:26pm came around still nothing so I checked the app to see what was going on and the pizzas weren't even being made, keep in mind this was 2 pizzas a garlic bread and lava cake, I checked the app again and was told delivery wouldn't be until 6:36pm again still fine, 6:36pm came around and still no delivery so I checked again and was still quoted roughly a 6:36pm delivery, things happen, stores get busy but by 7pm i was getting quite annoyed and the app was still showing a 6:36pm delivery. Ultimately I am extremely disappointed that this store never contacted me to let me know what was going on or why it would be so far behind the original delivery estimate, our 2 pizzas garlic bread and lava cake was not delivered until 20 past 7 last night and wasn't very good quality and by the time it arrived I had already sorted out something else for my children for dinner as they could not wait...

Preordered over the phone, rocked up on time to pickup 40 mins later. There was a lady staff member going through the warmer calling out order names, I said to the guy at the register that I was hoping she'd call Karen, she didn't. He asked if she'd said Elise, and i said yes, he had a quick look in the warmer, then he looked at the computer, confused for a bit and then announced they were working on my order next. I sat there for 17 mins waiting... and then he bends down and asks if I'm Karen, and pulls my order out. 1 pizza supreme, no olives, half mushrooms, thin. Had barely any toppings, base was like a crunchy cardboard, less than half had mushrooms, only a quarter of it had capsicum. The chicken wings were hot and super greesy, got the wrong sauce, its really hot too in flavour, which was unexpected. Have ordered twice before (not Fridays like tonight) and they were good pizzas, however, DO NOT order the chips, total rip off! Not happy, not sure if we will go back, but never again...
