Real Famishes Cafe — Restaurant in Queensland

We regularly go to this wonderful cafe but last Thursday we went and to be fair we were late at around 2 .15 pm, we were informed by a young male waiter that the only food available was in the baynMarie which is fair so we ordered a coffee , we were told we couldn't have it because the machine was off which I fully understand but 5 minutes later another young lady entered the cafe and ordered a coffee to which he replied while we were still standing there that he would make it for her , which was quite off putting and down right rude, I will be going back to the cafe as I do really like it but they should rethink about...

We’ve been there twice in the last year and both times disappointed. Both times we were sitting outside in the heat with our baby as there were no tables left inside and both times they forgot our food. All we ordered this time was a bowl of chips with gravy and we waited HALF AN HOUR and we still had the go up and ask for them, I had to ask for them take away as we had to get our baby home, the chips are over cooked and there hardly any gravy at all. Ordered ham and cheese toastie, beef tapa and chocolate milkshake. Waited an hour for the beef tapa to found out that the ham and cheese toastie was not put in. We expected the wait because it was mothers day but not an hour and one of our order not put in.
