I couldn't be anymore happy with this place. I'm not sure of her name. But the lady that constantly serves has outstanding service. I've never met anyone like her. No matter how stressed she is or how busy it is, she will always be her best at customer service. Slowest and most unprofessional service.. took simple order of medium flat white and small double shot cappuccino. Overcharged, started making 2 mediums until I told reminded them the double shot cappuccino was a small, then she put chocolate powder on the medium flat white instead.
