Rang up and ordered an iced long black with an extra shot, 10 minutes later I started driving the 10 minute drive into town.

After a long 10 minute wait I was FINALLY seen but only to be met with a snarky, young, fake blonde girl with raunchy tattoos and obscenely tiny shorts (don’t know what she’s trying to prove there)

Not only did she not even crack a smile but she asked bluntly and rudely “what are you here for” I said “I’m here for a pick up for Alec”. Not only was she rude and egotistical but my coffee hadn’t even been made yet even though there were only 4 other people waiting. I understand if it’s an extremely busy period but there were only a handful of people waiting

While waiting for my coffee to be made I had a chat with some of the other customers who also complained about the young lady’s attitude and lack of customer service.

Rebel coffee has always been an amazing little cafe that has come a long way. It’s sad for them to hire such an astonishing worker. I would hate for this girl to bring them down. Really lovely coffee. I drink almond milk and it was a good brand and heated to perfection (not over hot and not underhot) Friendly service and a really nice place to sit and enjoy your food. Had a BLT bagel that was spot on! These are pre-made in the morning and kept in the display cabinette. My friend doesn't like everything on it so they offered (with a genuine friendly smile) to make her fresh one just as she wanted it - she said it was fabulous....

They've moved to their new shop a couple of doors down with the same great coffee, more extensive menu and more seating. The decor and layout are great, and the food looks amazing. We just chose a ham and cheese croissant but some of the breakfast burgers and wraps look delicious, and there's plenty of sweet treats to choose from. Definitely...
