It's okay, customer service is a little hit and miss (I think it depends on the day)- certain days, times they have mostly juniors working there (which is great, as long as they do their job properly) they need to make sure they provide enough supervision, on these days to stop the kids socialising (& totally mucking around) with each other, while customers stand and wait to be served!
