APPALLING SERVICE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. This is the first time ever I’ve left a bad review on internet , there is no service here whatsoever. I asked if I could get a bag after getting 3 bowls of Pho, that lady very rudely said “NO.” and then she said her bag is paper bag it won’t fit, no apologies and only rudeness. Guess what, after I insist the bags they were huge and can fit everything in it! Also she flew the bag to me very rudely after I asked for it as I just really need a bloody bag to transport all the pho to my car. Seriously they do not know what is “service” , will never go back and no one in Cairns should receive...

I had a couple of “soldiers” aka rice paper rolls. ordered with spicy hoisin sauce and received regular. the duck one was ok, but the rice paper was dried out and super chewy at the ends, and the duck itself quite dry. the garlic prawn one smelled a bit rank...a strange sour smell rather than garlicky....given it was before the lunchtime rush i chanced eating it anyway, hoping that they were fresh made each morning. no adverse effects so i guess they’re meant to smell like they’re going off? lol. wouldn’t eat there again, especially when ONB is nearby and much more authentic and generous with their...

Tried this place today. I've given it 4 stars because the Lemongrass Baguette was absoulety delicious. And I couldn't give it a 5 star because I ordered the rolld deal for $5 and chose the Bbq Ribs, they where delicious but I got only 3 shriveled up pieces a shame that I didn't get to enjoy them because they where gone in 1 bite each. I was shocked to see how small those snacks where, need to change the quantity in the Bbq Ribs. As I went to collect my order I waited a good while seeing my order sitting on the counter, after a bit I got served. Overall I'd return to try something else....
