If I could give a -5 or -100 I would! I've never been so disgusted. We went down to get some lunch planning on making this place our new local because we live super close.. ordered my little boy nuggets and I got a steak burger.... we got our food pretty quickly, and it looked awesome! I sent my son down to wash his hands and I was about to pick up and pull one of his nuggets apart so they could cool, when there was a BIG GREEN SNOT WITH HAIR IN, deep fried and stuck to one of the nuggets! I have never been so disgusted in my whole life!! I obviously couldn't eat my lunch, now not knowing what Other bodily fluid or foreign object is in this food!

That's was on my child's lunch!!! The chef/cook whatever the hell he is needs a sturn speaking to about cleanliness! The staff handled it well But the cook never even said a word but offered us more food.... one thing u do not ever do is offer someone more food if there complaining about the food u just gave them.... We will never Come back here! Ever...

I was a bit disapointed with the service. We had a $5 Tuesday night roast meal voucher however the bistro attendee would not honour it although it was clearly valid and we attended the club on a Tuesday. The same staff member advised us that they would set up the table we asked for but never did, so we sat somewhere else. The same attendee also advised us that they did not have the wine we requested but another staff member came along and went straight to the wine we asked for. The staff member in question was polite and friendly and although I do not know how long they have been working there for, I do suggest more on the job training may result in better customer service and definatly more customer satisfaction.I will be rethinking my chioce of venue for our...

Our families first time visiting as we were keen to try the new menu advertised. Staff were friendly and great service at the front bar getting drinks. Beer selection not huge but prices are really amazing value! Bistro had lovely decor and new menu presented well. The food could do with some improvement, the prawn chorizo pasta was luke warm and needed more sauce, chicken parmy was pretty good, sirloin steak was tough with mushroom gravy lacking all aspect of mushroom, grilled barramundi was ok. We also ordered entrees which were pretty good as the jalopeno popper filo's were huge and delicious. Unfortunately our mains came out when we were still finishing the entrees which is never good timing from the kitchen. It's a pretty decent venue and hopefully next...
