15/03/25. Ordered around 8:30 felt like 10-15 mins wait time. Walked in and started ordering with nothing but respect, all we got back was a disrespectful employee. We got asked to repeat our options multiple times in a rude manner, i received hot sauce instead of what i asked for, asked for it grilled / toasted which i also received soft and limp. We stayed polite during the whole interaction but got no kindness back. I know it’s just subway and all but the service was incredibly disrespectful and I don’t think this should take place at any restaurant / anywhere.

Placed order at 5.23pm for 5.40pm collection. Arrived just after 5.40pm and staff both looked at me like I was in the wrong place after looking at my order. I waited over 15 minutes while they served every other customer. Once I realised they were ignoring me I asked them if my order has come through, only to get the response "I don't know". They continued serving other customers until I said that it's been over 30 minutes since I ordered and for them to work it out. They finally found the order receipt and started making my order. Can't believe it took them over 40 minutes, not what I wanted when I had a newborn and tired toddler in the car.

Read moreDISAPPOINTED Overall disappointed with this experience. Walked in and waited 10 minutes before eventually being acknowledged or served by the girl. When we were finally greeted she retreated for the bread and a person was in the back THE WHOLE TIME. Staff were very quiet but that’s alright just hard to hear. More people entered leading the poor girl to become overwhelmed and accidentally burn our six inch subs. When we were leaving the second person left the back seeming frustrated. Later while eating a hair was found in the six inch sub. Some point of improvement PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and maybe roster more staff that do their job on?...
