Tanglewood Organic Sourdough Bakery — Restaurant in Queensland

Customer Service was friendly. I Brought a Raspberry Danish Pasterie. It didn't taste fresh at all. There was no crunch & it didn't have any crispiness about it. It was quite soft in texture overall. Their Plain Croissiants looked very average too. Looked old & lacking flakyness, crisp & crunch.

I brought their Olive Bread. Thought it was good but not great for the price $9.70. May need a flour change or something two support, the crust of the sourdough.

Overall few things to work on but they can improve for sure. All businesses can.

In particular on the Gold Coast I have had a Raspberry Danish from Franquette Bakery Tamborine Mountain. Long way away from here but that was all those things I mentioned. Flaky, crispy & had crunch two it.

Unfortunately, our experience at Tanglewood Noosa was disappointing. The young girl who took our order was friendly and welcoming — she was the highlight of our visit. However, the man preparing the coffee seemed visibly unhappy and unapproachable. His attitude affected the whole vibe — even my coffee felt it.
