We waited to leave town until after they opened on a Sunday just so we could stop in for a meal and were not disappointed. Tasty food, nice owners, and some really unique menu options.

I had a karaage dog, pineapple fritter (with cinnamon and sugar), and shared a small chips with chicken salt with my wife and son, who had a sausage, egg and cheese English muffin (with hummus) and a bacon, egg and cheese toasty (with tomato sauce/ketchup). My wife thought the coffee was especially good (Queensland based bean from a single farm).

Definitely stop here for a meal while you're in or passing through Cardwell,...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Terry and Marco’s Fish and Chips, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The food was simply amazing—crispy, golden fish paired with perfectly cooked chips that were both fluffy and crunchy.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality really enhanced the dining experience.

I highly recommend Terry and Marco’s Fish and delicious food, great service, and an unforgettable dining atmosphere. I’ll definitely be...

Although the coffee and chips at this family run Cafe were quite good,I do have to complain about the proprietor's children running wild inside the cafe. They were jamming up the register, yelling at each other, climbing all over the counter etc and generally making it incredibly difficult to place an order with the oldest child who himself was not capable of taking orders or processing correctly. I'm all for families teaching families to work in a business, however, this was just chaos and as a customer passing through Cardwell, a massive turn off to...

Stop by this lovely fish and chip shop in Cardwell along the drive to cairns and was definitely a worthwhile stop. The pricing of the food was remarkable with fish and chips being $9.80 and the food was served hot and fresh . Only thing one could wish for was the tartar sauce to be made rather than the master food packets but definitely can appreciate the cost saving nature of it . Would recommend stopping by here if you are in Cardwell to give this place a try !

$9.80 for a large serve of fish & chips, Japanese food without the Australian price tag and a beautiful family/owners that are very polite, very friendly and lovely to talk to. Do you always hear àbout small town with amazing food at amazing prices but you just never seem to pick it on your travels? Boy howdy do I have the spot for you! My wife and I will definitely be back!!!
