An excellent refreshing experience to visit Strand surf club. Surf club is located next to other famous places like water park and strand beach walk strip. Kids, adults everyone can enjoy this waterpark located next to awesome views and strand beach walk strip of approximately 2.0 Kms while you are enjoying surf in the surf club area. You can enjoy beautiful sceneries while you are enjoying surfing. This is located on famous strand walk strip which has spots where you can take awesome personal photos for your collection. Also there are many spots where you can do surfing, swimming, football, soccer and also there are play grounds for pets on the way. I will highly recommend to go for this Strand surf club, water park and also Strand walk strip if you are in Townsville (May be put half a day aside for this). Make sure to grab water and put sun cream to avoid skin burns 😊. I hope you will have a nice time while you are here. Great location. Great food. But extremely off putting to see all 3 bar staff on duty eating in full view of customers. Not because they were eating but because we watched all of them licking and putting their fingers in their mouths and not one of them proceeded to wash their hands before continuing to serve customers and prep behind the bar. We came for breakfast with a group. I would prefer to give 0 stars, but that's not possible. Service was really slow for coffees. We only ordered 2 and they still came 20 minutes later. We got the kids pancakes for our little ones, which cost $6.90 and were pretty disappointed, . One pancake the size of a saucer (literally) with one chopped up strawberry and a scoop of ice cream.
