Extremely rude service on Sunday 13th July 1:30pm . Staff were not welcoming as we walked in and seemed quite rude. Tables were empty inside however they were all dirty with either used plates and cups or food/spilt drinks on tables, chairs and on the floor also. We were forced to sit outside on an uneven table that had not been cleaned but it was the most clean out of all of them.
I went inside to order. The young female staff member asked if dining in or take away. I said “dining in” and she immediately says that there will be a 40 minute wait on food and whether I still wanted to order or go somewhere else.. I took a look around, there were 3 other tables and all of those tables looked like they’d already finished their food and were about to leave. So I said I will still order please. I knew immediately by her behaviour that she only said that so that we wouldn’t order here and leave.
The food came out pretty quickly. And when I asked the other worker about the “40 minute wait” she said “on some foods there can be a 40 minute wait”. It’s not like the shop was closing as before we chose to eat there we saw that it closes at 4pm that day and it was only 1:30.
The chocolate frappe I ordered also tasted quite like coco powder mixed with milk, no cream. And the food was very small portion not worth the price of it. I walked inside to ask for my child’s juice and the same young female staff member turned her back towards me while sipping on a her own store made frappe drink.
The staff have no customer service skills and are very uninviting. Customers are paying money to enjoy a nice meal but the staff there seem like they don’t like their jobs. Will not be going back again and will not be...

Went inside and spoke to a blonde girl who seemed bored and responded to me with "Yeah just pick any table that isn't already taken." I went back outside and waited but wasn't given any menus. Went back inside and asked for menus. Then waited again and still no service. We went inside to order. Previously when we had dined here it was table service. We are happy to go inside to order (would actually prefer this instead of table service) however the staff member had two opportunities to let us know that we need to do this instead of waiting around for nothing. The sign said that staff would seat us so we assumed they would at least greet us. The food took longer than usual to be served despite the fact that there was many empty tables and those who were there appeared to have already eaten. All of our food was also served to us cold except for my husband chips (all dishes were supposed to be hot dishes) and our child's food was missing two of the five foods listed on the menu. The young boy who served our food was friendly - the only staff member who seemed to be. Very disappointed in all aspects of dining in tonight; especially since we have given wonderful reviews before. It seems the service has declined over the past 2.5 years, such a shame considering the other Coffee Clubs have closed around town - I would have expected that this one would be trying to retain its customers. After finding out she is also the supervisor of the domain store we will no longer go there either. The double chocolate frappes were undrinkable, didn’t have icecream in them and no cream on top as ordered. I understand they were “double choc” but honestly they just tasted like someone had dropped a quarter of a cup of water in the jar of chocolate powder and served it up. Very powdery. Had to ask for cutlery after the food was already out - by the time staff brought out cutlery the food was going cold. Cutlery came out dirty, which made me question how clean everything else was and food was even colder by the time we actually got to eat. Birds standing on tables picking at the plates that had been left behind from previous customers. The plates were still there after we left. We had often been to the coffee club at other locations and we’ve never had a bad experience. The drinks were not how we usually receive them and after asking for a refund I was refused even though there was clearly no icecream or cream in the double choc frappes and they were undrinkable. The worst part wasn’t even the couple of mistakes. We would have still been back and probably not even have complained of the staff member wasn’t so unprofessional, rude, and conceited.
