My experience at Riverstone Tea Rooms was truly great! The highlight of my visit was the delicious salmon dish, which I highly recommend to fellow salmon enthusiasts.

Had the bottomless brunch for $65 - extremely overpriced. Started with corn chips and dip as a shared plate, it was a weird starter for brunch more of an tex mex feel. The main was a eggs Benedict on a hash brown and finished a tiny piece of brownie with a spoon of cream. You could choose the main from a few selections but all of us chose the Benedict as it was the most appealing. Brownie was bitter and cream was plain - no sweetness at all. Offered orange juice and a bottle of prosecco, this was the bottomless part) The food was worth $20 maximum and no way you could drink $45 dollars worth of orange juice and wine. We paid for the set menu and there was 7 of us, I assumed we would be put on a private room but we were just in the normal dining room right near the coffee machine and cash register. Wouldn't visit again based on this meal...

Lovely old building set on riverbank. Beautiful inside but sooo warm with no air circulation and no air con. Smashed avo breakfast ($24) is simply avocado dip spread thinly on a bagel. 2 poached egg whites were still clear and runny inside - not cooked. Not in a hurry to go back. Response to owner: Air con definitely not on when we ate inside. Not a fan of very warm fresh air when choosing to eat inside. Smashed avo was NOT homemade. It was literally a microscopically thin smear of green...not enough to tingle a taste bud. No way you can puree fresh avocado to an almost liquid consistency. Smashed avo is generally mashed avocado. I did not speak with your staff because I was with friends and did not want to wait for another meal. Sorry... but eggs should not be served undercooked and smashed avo is more than a...
