Wanted to have a nice fish and chip feed for lunch on a Friday! Got taken to this place as I'm from out of town and was not disappointed. The place was super busy due to obviously businesses close by getting there Friday lunches. The staff were friendly and were under the pump, but they looked to have a great team in behind getting all the orders out. The fish chips potato scallops and calamari was amazing the size of the meal was well let's just say we were not going to hungry till the next day! Chips - great, half cup is a huge portion for one. Tartare sauce - to die for! Phenomenal!!!!! Strongly recommend you get a serve, it's 2.50 but it's great and supposedly homemade.

It's the fish that loses a star for me. I got the mackerel. Beautifully crumbed, but fish wasn't great for me, seemed dry and tough.

Could be my bad luck, they do seem to have heaps of glowing reviews, maybe I got an older piece or an off cut.

Tried to phone ahead an order for pickup but phone rang out. I also couldnt find a menu anywhere so phone ordering is next to impossible. (might be why the phone rings out constantly) Made our order in the shop instead. Waited just over 20 minutes - it was busy so promising. Happy with the burgers they were made well and delicious.
