Terrible customer service experience this afternoon (2:30pm, 06/07). After already waiting in line several minutes to be served and have my order taken while the staff made all the people in front of me their meals, when the girl in front of me finished paying instead of serving me next the young male staff member looked over me as if I was invisible and turned to serve a lady who had just walked up that second! He clearly saw that I was next in line as I was standing right next to the person in front of me for the whole time he was making her food! Really offensive and degrading to be openly ignored like that. I said "that is f-ing ridiculous" and went to get sushi. Whoever us managing this young staff member needs to get onto some customer service...

Tomato’s were off and tasted like pesticides. Bain was a mess and empty and not to forget the terrible customer service from a young girl serving my bsf and I. She was very uninviting with a terrible attitude with multiple eye rolls. My friend had asked for corn chips which she then reply’s “do you really need them?”, when my friend ask politely one more time she said it was “too late”. Completely and utterly rude, highly disrespectful type of behaviour from a young employee who was clearly undertrained in customer service. Do not recommend; there are multiple other restaurants around this area that would 100% show better...

I'm a disability worker and I went to Zambrero today with one of our clients who has advanced speech challenges, you basically can't understand the majority of what he says. I have to say that the patience and understanding from the young gentlemen who was serving was rather remarkable. He didn't react in anyway and was able to work out exactly what he was asking for without making him feel self conscious or different. I hope this young lady get the pat on the back he deserves. He had medium length curly hair and was wearing a cap with a shirt that had a faded logo on it....
