Love Zaraffas! The service is always friendly and efficient, they have the BEST coffee around, and a few tables inside and out which never seem to be completely full so you'll find a seat if you want one. This place is always busy for good reason! They can have a huge drive through line plus a line inside but they handle them really well and the wait is never too long despite the volume of customers. The only sort of constructive feedbacks I have are that first, some things are just too sweet. The iced teas are presweetend to a candy instead of an unsweetened tea that they can add syrup to on request. I could hardly drink mine the other week and I overheard another customer one day have the same issue and proceeded to water her cup down, still unsatisfied. They just don't taste like tea, they taste like fruity sugar, which totally defeats the idea of a nice tea. My other complaint is the music. It is so loud and between the music and the sound of all the coffee machines and things working, you can't hear the employees. Especially if they have a headset on because they can't tell how loud they are (or aren't) speaking to you, by no fault of their own... just how wearing a headset is. You can't change the sound of the machines and blenders, so please keep the music down. I have pretty good hearing but some days I can't hear y'all at all! Alao please put ice in your mocha floats!! If you dont, they are juat not cold. The ice cream isnt enough to make them cold. S couple cuves should do :) That aside, thanks for the delicious coffees and chai's! Therefore the spam attack on my email may have been coincidental. Fair enough.
I have since rejoined them as a member.........
Since buying a Member Card from them, then registering that card on line, using my email address, I have been bombarded with up to 25 spam emails per day.
This happened EXACTLY after I registered their card on line. No coincidence there. My email was sold on to spammers by someone inside zarrafas.
I did write to them. I received diddly squat from them in reply to my email.

Read moreToday, 14th of July at about 11-11:15, The lady who served us had a major attitude. I didn’t catch her name but she was tall, blonde and had glasses. I’m not sure if she is having a bad day or something but she rolled her eyes and huffed when I asked to split my payment between card and cash, whatever I brushed it off. When my wife ordered , I was right next to her, heard her specifically ask for whipped cream, it was forgotten, fair enough, it happens. I asked for the whipped cream for her and the lady just replied in a snarky tone “She didn’t ask for it.” Put her hand all over the straw and put the whipped cream on.
