DO NOT go to Zarraffa's Douglus, if you live in Townsville I would recommend Fairfield, beautiful staff and beautiful food. The same unfortunately can not be said for Douglas. Today my father and I wanted to order our usual drinks but decided to go to Douglas instead of our usual Fairfield. I ordered a chocolate fusion and my father ordered a single shot latte. Upon reaching the drive through, we got dismissed by staff immediately absolutely no manners. My father received his drink and they told him it was a triple shot. My father tried to get there attention correcting them that he in fact ordered a single shot but was ignored. Finally I received my "chocolate" fusion but I could immediately tell the colour was off. I stopped the lady working asking if she was sure this was chocolate, I received a judgmental look back and she replied "yes". Before I could once again ask if my fathers drink was correct they left and we were ignored.
