McDonald's Renmark — Restaurant in Renmark

As per any fast food outlet that has digitalised it's ordering system, there is very little interaction with staff. This means that the tables should be cleaned regularly when empty and I should not walk in (not just on one occasion) to find 6 or more empty tables that we can't sit at because there's food and drink spillages on them. On 2 occasions we were left with no choice but to sit at dirty tables or take our food to go. If you need attention in store at the counter for more than just collecting your order, it can be difficult to get someone's service but they are very pleasant in nature and I guess you can't expect too much more than that when the staff are usually very young looking in age and it's probably their first job ever. Went in for breakfast, the table service and food was good.

However, I ordered a coffee and asked for it in a take away cup. Received it in a mug that was just handed to me over the counter, told the staff member I had requested it in a take away cup, instead of making a new one just poured it into a take away cup. The coffee was cold and weak, so instead of asking for another to be made or a refund I asked to have my coffee poured out and have a cup of hot water instead, staff said she’ll have to ask to do that which I thought was silly. Got the hot water and I asked for a spoon. Staff said I was not allowed a spoon because I didn’t buy a sundae. That was even more silly. Hence the low star rating.

I've been busting to write a review about this particular McDonald's I've travelled Australia, America and many other places that have McDonald's and I can definitely say without a doubt that this is the best one we've ever been to, for the main reason being that not only the staff are all lovely but the food is "perfect every single time" no matter what time of the day my husband and I have gone, it can be morning, afternoon, a weekday, or a weekend, and every single cook has cooked the food we ordered to Perfection!!!
