Subway — Restaurant in Renmark

Third time in a row. Really poor customer service. First time i wasn’t informed that they didn’t had veggie patty for my online order until I reached there to pick it up, like seriously. Where is the customer service. Second time we waited at the counter for 5 minutes so that the team can finish up their personal conversation even after noticing us to finally come and greet. And this continued throughout the order, more interested in their own gossips rather than focussing on the customer. Third time today, realllyyy bad , my online order was chucked in the bin accidentally, Ok understandable but then what I got was terrible. I literally got a salad bowl with like 2 slices of capsicum and onions with almost like no salad. This is the worst salad bowl I have seen. Went in there today with my sister and dad, and we're all disappointed, honestly. How are is it to listen? My sister and I had one server and my father another, my sister and I had to repeat our order to this young lady at least twice or more. Not to mention missed many key questions that the workers typically ask and just seemed totally out of it! Even giving us odd looks like we were stupid. 27/12 10:30am the girl that was working at the time was rude, lazy we ordered two subs then a father a son came, she left our two subs that just came out of the toaster to serve other people. Our food was sitting there, and going cold, as we complained to her about it she just looked at us then proceeded to ignore us. We definitely will not be going back their with staff like that.
