Follow Up Review April 2025:

Much Better than 11 months ago. Tables are clean and tidy.

Drinks provided within minutes of order being placed via QR code.

Staff seemed to be cheery, polite and much less stressed than previously.

Timeliness of order was far much efficient than previously with food presented within 15 minutes.

Great work Grill’d Rockingham, a much better experience than previously, we will be back again.

Under staffed, staff stressed, tables not cleared. Arrived at 1200 and directed to use QR code or app to order. Sat down, ordered, app indicated order would be ready at 1213. At 1218 drinks came, table wasn’t cleared though. At 1235 I enquired about my order, it was still four orders away. 1238 the lady from the front counter came over and cleared the table, no wiping down, just took the plates away. I don’t see the experience as a reflection of the staffs effort, they need more help, they are trying their best. The introduction of technology has created an uncontrolled ordering system which provides commitments that staff cannot deliver. Food arrived at 1247, table still not cleaned. Food was good. Do better...

Standing waiting while 2 ladies, 1 manager, assuming ia team member are having a meeting... the only way we got noticed was another team member walked in, attitude came across inconvenience that my young child and I wanted an early dinner... it is Tuesday 3.40pm. We use the restroom, its disgusting, considering covid would have thought they would be ontop of it... notice cleaning roster was only checked at 11.00am. ...she said to sit anywhere, we aim for a booth every single one is dirty... I end up wiping the table down The chief is takes our order, cooking for us as the 2 have a meeting, I go over to get crayons so my daughter can colour interrupting the ladies meeting, again inconvenience across her face. we are the only ones in ... the place is empty, so why such appalling service... chief has been fab...

Went there with the family last night. Totally disappointed. There weren't many people there yet we had to clean our own table and there were many tables with dirty plates on them. When we ordered there were people waiting for takeaway who had been waiting for 45 minutes. While we were eating our food one of the employees sat down to eat a meal. Yes everyone is entitled to a break but before that happens wouldn't you make sure all the tables were cleared off? When we got our food the burgers were ok but the fries and the onion rings were cold. 'Famous Grill'd Fries' not so good! To add insult to injury the meal cost us nearly $100. We don't go out as a family very often but will not come here again. Don't know who owns this place but they need to take a good look at it. Dirty, substandard and...
