What the bible's authors failed to document was that on that day, an overwhelming hunger manifested in Him, one that could not be satiated only with vegetation he had created. So after resting on the seventh day, Lo and behold the glories of whole chicken infused with the wholy peri of the peri, the double cheese and bacon tightly surrounded by a warm embracing pita and the all fresh paella mixed with the highest of quality of vegetables plucked right from the earth. And the unforgettable, unchallenged staff who opened their workplace home to me with like family. I have to point out the girl with a piercing between her eyes who I heard the others call Taylor for her uniquely amazing customer servise skills I truely believe she and the others who worked here today embrassed all that is good for the food industry and deserve a raise for their efforts. 3 of us of my family members went there last night to buy takeaway @ Nandos Rockingham and the order number is TA483. We sat down waiting for the order. Waited a long time whilst the order was sitting on the front counter getting cold we were unaware that it was our order. The young girl approached us after a while and asked what are you waiting for?. I said takeaway order under the name of Jonathan and she then brought the package sitting on the counter getting cold for nothing and we are wasting our time sitting for noting as well. My brother said that order was sitting there for sometime and the young lady said nothing giving us our order and walked away. In other stores they call out name when the order is completed as I have Nandos card. I was on expecting a simple apology but she turned around and walked away. We live in different times and era were a good service and apology means nothing. I was disgusted. We went home and ate cold chips and lukewarm chicken. I think the staff could do with some training. Arrived on a Sunday night around 6:15pm. Had a movie to watch at the Ace Cinemas at 7:25pm and thought we would get a quick dinner. Albeit the store was a little busy with a few customers waiting for food still.

We placed orders at 6:22pm with an estimated time of 6:37pm. More than enough time to have a chat, eat and make it to the movie in an hours time.

Food did not arrive until 7:10pm (by this time the store had died down and most people left) and orders had been served (including people who ordered after us). There was also a few issues with the food (such as wrong chip types and items on wrong plates etc.) despite being the only people waiting for food in the store.

Staff was nice but a bit slow reactive about the issue and store is clean and well presented, but by the time our food arrived we had to ask for a takeaway box and left for our movie. Bit dismal to say the least. It was probably a one off occasion for this store but was a bit of a letdown...
