I wish I could give this place zero stars. What we experienced here was not just bad food but the most unprofessional and disrespectful service I have ever encountered. We ordered fish, something that should be a safe and straightforward choice. But when it arrived, it was immediately clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The texture was gritty and slimy, and the taste was revolting—bitter and off, like it had been poorly stored or handled. It was genuinely inedible.

Naturally, we brought our concerns to the staff. We weren’t rude; we just wanted them to understand the problem and either refund us or at least replace the dish. But instead of taking us seriously, the staff reacted with outright mockery. They actually laughed at us for pointing out that the fish was dirty. It was like they found it hilarious that we were expecting decent food for our money.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, when we asked for a refund, they refused outright. Instead, they offered us a $4 drink as some sort of joke apology. As if a cheap drink could possibly make up for the fact that we had been served something unclean and completely unfit for consumption. The fact that they thought that was a reasonable response is mind-blowing.

The worst part was the way the staff behaved—laughing at us like we were the unreasonable ones for expecting properly cleaned, decent food. It was insulting, unprofessional, and downright cruel.
