The Curry Club - San Remo — Restaurant in San Remo

I’m certainly not an expert in the cuisine, served up by KELP, but I can tell you what I enjoyed. The kelp cup cocktail was refreshing and delicious, the mochtales also delicious and my kids loved them. For starters, we had the prawn tostada , and the guacamole. The prawns tostada were excellent, the guacamole came with a good serving of corn chips and was tasty, perhaps a bit small on the guacamole serving compared the the corn chip portion. Next we had the fish tacos and the DIY pork carnitas. There was much said about the fish tacos, they looked like a work of art and presented beautifully. I was surprised to see that it was a fried crumbed piece of fish, normally when I have had fish tacos elsewhere, it is a steam or grilled piece of white fish. These were a little fishy in taste, and whilst there was nothing wrong with them, they were good, but not amazing IMO. The Pork Carnitas, on the other hand were really good, the pork was, for the most part tender and juicy, some of it was a bit dry, but very tasty, excellent serving size and lots of greens and salads, and toppings to add for yourself, I would definitely have the pork carnitas again. We had an amazing dinner at Kelp in San Remo! The service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who made great recommendations.

The food was incredible, with dishes like the Cauliflower Taco and the Base Bowl standing out. The flavors were fresh and exciting, and the presentation was beautiful. The Cauliflower Taco was a highlight, with its crispy, spicy cauliflower filling, and the Base Bowl was a hearty, satisfying option packed with nutritious goodness.

The cocktails were also a highlight, with creative combinations of flavors and ingredients. We loved the Kelp Collins, with its refreshing blend of gin, lemon, and seaweed-infused soda water.

Overall, we can't recommend Kelp highly enough. Whether you're a local or just visiting San Remo, this restaurant is a must-visit.

Delicious, healthy food and...

Our party of 14 really enjoyed our Dinner here at Kelp🥳🎉😋🥰👌👍👍 Sheree the owner met us at the door and looked after us throughout our Dinner 😊 Sheree was very friendly and made some excellent suggestions for the food and drinks 😋🥰👌👍👍 Kelp has a great atmosphere and was very popular as all the tables were filled with people enjoying their dinners 😋 I ordered the Classic Burger with a side of their yummy chips and I must say that it was the best, most flavorful Burger I've ever had throughout Australia 🥰😋👌👍👍 Everyone in our party all commented on how yummy their food was from Fish Tacos to Chicken Burgers and they even had Cauliflower Tacos for our vegetarian too 🥳🎉🥰😋👌👍👍 Overall Kelp was a great experience and we'll all be back for some more yummy food in a great...
