Cervo'z Cafe & Catering — Restaurant in Singleton

As always, Cervoz rocks! One of the most popular cafes in Singleton, Cervoz is always hopping. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. We probably come here a couple of times a month and have never had a bad experience. The food is good, the coffee perfect. A selection of amazing sweet cakes and slices perfectly complements the Savoury choices. All the usual Cafe favourites like omelettes, pancakes, toasties, salads and much more. Try the salt and pepper calamari...its top notch. EDIT Today, while the weather dumps record-breaking rain across the state and Cervoz almost has "river views" (not quite, but getting there!)...hubby is off work so we came for "just a coffee and a small snack"... Good food, friendly and very helpful staff also has a well stocked homewares shop attached. Would Have given five stars except the acoustics leave a lot to be desired,very noisy with just a few people and diners appear to talk louder this just makes it worse. Avoid the morning mummy rush and afternoon school pickup if you like to dine in peace, they do have limited outside seating if its a nice day and the noise...

For a quick stopover while driving to Sydney, this Cafe was impressive. The coffee is very good. So far, we have stopped every 2 hrs for cakes and coffee on our drive up to Grafton and on our way back to Sydney. Visited half a dozen cafes and bars for coffee.
