SELLING EXPIRED SWEETS

until now I had good experience for shopping from here and i am regular customer but yesterday i went at Swades Food and grocery to buy some snacks around 7:49 PM. along with snacks i bought packaged sweet and i paid for everything. when I reached home and checked the sweets packaging it was already expired on the same date. it’s responsibility of the customer service representative to let the customer know if the item is already expiring or near to expire. Never going again there to buy anything. You are losing loyal customers just to sell some expiring items. if anyone is going to buy something here please make sure you check expiring...

I have never seen an unhappy saleswoman in my life like I’ve seen at this store. There is this lady who works in this store who is always unhappy, never smiles, looks at you like she doesn’t want any customers in the store, basically have a very complaining face. I’m sorry but please be happy at work, don’t spread unhappiness to the world. Few tips for the owner/management:1. please improve price tags and labelling for prices so people are aware of the prices of goods as per the consumer protection requirements. The cashier this morning (not sure if she was having a bad day), could use some training around greeting and customer service.
