Aimee Provence High Tea Parlour — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

My partner and I had a lovely high tea at Aimee Provence and we would happily return again. From before we even attended the booking I was grateful for the wonderful service that Aimee provides, as during my booking I requested vegan and gluten-free for my share of the high tea, and she was courteous and helpful. When we attended our booking we were greeted at the door by Aimee who led us to our lovely table.

Our high tea package included a glass of sparkling but neither of us felt like drinking, so Aimee was able to substitute it for iced tea. Aimee and Maya both confirmed with me certain aspects of the high tea that were vegan and gluten-free, and allowed me choices where needed.

Maya was super lovely, helpful and insightful. She answered any questions I had before I even asked them! She was very thoughtful in wrapping my leftover sandwiches with damp paper towel so that they wouldn't dry out on my journey home, which I was very grateful for! The food was so yummy and we received so much of it that we couldn't finish it all, hence getting the remainder takeaway. Our coffee and tea were delicious as well. I recommend getting a chai latte brewed in almond milk! Delicious 😋

I also just really appreciate that nothing was too much trouble. Being vegan and trying to avoid gluten as well can be really difficult in some other restaurants and cafes, but Aimee and Maya were very welcoming and considerate of me and my needs, so I felt accepted and happy. 😊 Thank you both so much! I grew up in the area, however I now live in the States. My Dad recently moved into a retirement village alone after having to place my Mum into a care facility. We wanted to make this Father's Day special for him after such a rough year. I looked around for food delivery services and came across the Father's Day Hamper with Aimee Provence. I thought it looked perfect and knew my Dad would love the items since he use to own a Restaurant and Bakery in the area. My Dad was not there for the delivery but the great delivery person left it with the neighbour. On receiving the item my Dad could not believe it and immediately shared it with other Dads at the Village that did not have anybody to celebrate with. They were all so impressed with the quality of the food, the presentation and the thought. I do have to point out that the neighbour thought the delivery person was so well dressed and mannered. This service and attention to detail goes a long way People notice, take note and appreciate a business that goes the extra mile.

My Dad said "I loved it all so much I have to call in to tell them."

Thank you for making his day on a day which I wish I was closer to celebrate with him. It might have been his "Best Father's Day" ever.

Worst experience ever, didn't enjoy one minute absolutely disappointing. Am recieving nonstop phone calls from the owner who won't leave me alone as to why I didn't enjoy the experience. Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, would never go back ever again. Will go elsewhere in future wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Food was poor, this was the first high I have never been and the experience was so unwelcoming.

Excuse me i would like to add that I did attend the booking after I found out it was cancelled, I called ahead advising I would be late and got a very rude on the phone I showed the booming confirming then was given a table. So don't accuse me off not turning up when I did show up. People like you shouldn't own.a business when you non-stop keep harassing the customer and leaving insulting and rude messages. Maybe you rethink and not own a business and.get some customer service skills.

So do not accuse me off showing up when I did show up and then to find out my booking cancelled was someone anyone business.
