Brazzos Smokehouse - Sunshine Plaza — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

To the owner-Almost every other photo looks better than what I received, I was the only customer there. All the other photos are more full, more sauce and people are raving about it. I had to get pizza afterwards because I was still hungry, not what I expected for $21 lunch.

Average. When I hear the word smokehouse I'm expecting to taste something beautifully smoked and perfected, but I've had better brisket from IGA that ya reheat and for $21 I was still hungry. I can go to GYG and be stuffed full with better food for $16-17.

Got the brisket loaded fries. The fries are perfect, came out very quickly like the fries were already done or something.

The brisket was a let down, it's soaked in a sauce that tastes just like baked beans. I tried to shake the taste, but there it was, SPC baked beans tomato sauce. Not sure what the yellow sauce is, but it didn't help.

Not worth $21 for a regular sized chips and what I suspect to be brisket that you buy from the supermarket and reheat, no way that was smoked on-site, taste like packet mix.

Edit in response to owner: Mate, I got some BBQ Maple ribs from IGA, 15mins to heat and the flavour was irresistible.

Mmmmmouthwateringly good! Love meat? Trust me, this is the place to go. I ordered the costela burger (12-hour cooked beef short ribs in a bun) and it was amazing! Soft. Tender. Moist. Flavoursome. It came with chips and a choice of bbq sauce (this one was so yummy!) or ketchup. So - while $25 may feel a lot for a burger, it's absolutely worth it! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This feels like a proper restaurant experience - in a fast food court! Check out the desserts, too... I tried their creme caramel and it was luscious. Not too sweet (like a lot of 'instant' creme caramels) and with a slight texture on the edges, it took me back to childhood and an authentic Italian restaurant where they home-made this custard pudding. Oh - you can buy their meat (and mini churros) to take home...

The picture does not do the meal justice.. if you go into the plaza, you need to try this!!! even if you split it with a friend. I got the Brazzo Classic PF It's 100g-250g Picanha (Beef Rump Cap)

It was bloody delicious. It was as tender as hogs breath steak, but better. it's $19 or $25, depending on the serving of meat you pick (and i usually spend $25 at mcdonald's to fill me up so it's a better option)
