brewed.espresso — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Today I was over at the Dr and between multiple diagnostic appointments the Drs suggested I grab a quick coffee at Brew.

After 15 mins which isn't long I realised that I was fast running out of time.

I went up to the counter and the blonde woman behind the counter caught my eye and said it's coming and I said that's okay but I have to go I have a dr appointment so I'll come back for it.

She then proceeded to dress me down - we are busy serving other customers she says loudly, it is a busy time -so everyone can hear her with a very unfriendly disapproving look on her face.

Again I said that's okay I'll come back I have to go to the Dr.

I left and returned 25 mins later - as I approached the counter I said "I'm back" As I walked in the blonde woman appeared to be growing at the young girl behind the counter.

At which point they handed me my already made coffee and said here it is - I went to my car the coffee its cold and been sitting there for some time. $5.80 for a cold coffee.

I mean why couldn't they just make it when I returned? I had already explained I was needing to leave for a Dr appointment - no compassion?

You know the way you treated me today and the way you act behind the counter with your attitude tone and disapproval - you absolutely should not be working in a customer facing environment. Hard to find a good decaf but this place has it. Shame for big road in side that makes it a tiny noisy but good effort from owner to many ain good atmosphere. Industrial but relaxing and with good coffee. Fan are a bit irritating. The place would benefit from closed...
