Sunshine Coast Sourdough Co. has truly raised the standard for artisan baking in our area. Their sourdough bread is nothing short of exceptional—crusty, flavourful, and clearly crafted with love and skill. Every bite reflects the time and care that goes into their 36-hour fermentation process and the use of high-quality, organic ingredients.It is seriously mind-blowingly good!

It’s rare to find a bakery that not only produces such consistently wonderful bread but also offers a welcoming and friendly experience. The team’s dedication to their craft is apparent, and I always leave with a smile, knowing I’ve purchased something special.

I have noticed some other reviews that seem unnecessarily harsh, and I feel compelled to say that the effort and care put into this bakery deserve recognition. Constructive feedback is always helpful, but I think we should also celebrate the hard work that goes into making these artisan products available to our community. Sunshine Coast Sourdough Co. has built something incredible, and their passion is evident in every loaf and pastry they create. We should cherish and support what they are doing as it is so rare.

Having driven past their small sign every time I went up the coast, I thought it was about time to check this bakery out. Then having had a great recommendation from my doctor’s nurse, I went right away and discovered a great bakery in full swing. There was limited stock left at 11:00 am but I bought a passionfruit cruffin. A first for me but it was deliciously messy! Also checked out their sourdough fruit loaf. You can preorder for Christmas and if they do specials like jalapeño and cheese sourdough, you can order that too. I will be back earlier for more choice. They also make coffees! Definitely...

Hands down the best sour dough on the Coast. Get in early if you want the pick of the products, or better still pop online and do a pre-order - these guys sell out! The signature loaf changes weekly, so there is always something to look forward to, in addition to the usual favourites. Our go to is the sourdough loaf (pictured) and the kids love the breakfast buns. There's an assortment of other products - sweet and savoury - as well as pizza bases. Highly recommend you...
