Where You Bean Cafe — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Previous photos of the place looked great. But Food was bland. Service was lacking. Multiple empty tables, yet old cups and rubbish everywhere. Dirty dishes on most tables. The customers were picking up rubbish for them!

When I ordered, I expected what was on their menu. (Bacon, eggs, a sourdough toast and tomato relish) this is not what I got. I wasn’t even asked how I wanted my eggs ( in the lack of service I forgot to ask myself but to not be asked for a breakfast meal…) the meal was also more expensive than advertised on photos above

I’d say I caught them on a rough day but from someone else’s previous review. I doubt it. Not the worst place in the world I’ll give them that, but it wasn’t enjoyable.

Give them a go if you want to chance it, but sadly I won’t...

Took my elderly mum for morning tea, and it's not often you find a little Cafe that ticks all the boxes, Puppy dog friendly, good coffee, friendly staff, and most of all absolutely delicious food, to the point I complimented the Chef, I had the three cheese mushroom and truffle toastie, im a BIG foodie, and my expectations of food are high, this was THE BEST TOASTIE I have ever had ... Food def made with love...

Absolutely adorable little cafe serving delicious, reasonably priced food. The Chef is a Master! Favourites we regularly order include bacon and eggs breakfast, unbelievable toasties such as the bacon and egg; and I love the cheese and tomato toastie. Always served on super sourdough, gorgeously grilled. Lovely coffee and tea, always with complementary mini chocolate brownie....
