Not a happy customer!

So unhappy with the service tonight. After a 2 hour wait, 4 phone calls & the manager ended up dropping us off our food. We ordered seafood & pizza but after 1.5hrs nothing was even cooked for us yet and they told us our order went to the other menulog order and their drivers car broke down. We were told our food was on its way, then it wasn't. Each time we called they told us something different. They told us the seafood basket would take too long so I said ok give us something else then, what else? We are starving!! This is after ordering at 5:30 and it was now 7pm and still no food!!! They ended up making us 2 of the same pizza from the 1 we ordered. That's it. They replaced our seafood basket meal with the exact same pizza that we had order alongside the seafood. If we wanted 2 of the exact same pizzas, we wouldve ordered that.

We got a full refund after having to contact menulog and sit on hold for 20 minutes. The manager was nice enough to refund us but the pizza was oily, soggy and unappetizing. Very upsetting as we have just moved to this area and are keen on finding a good local. The people were apologetic, and we understand things go wrong but we've never had an experience this bad before. We ordered 2 pizzas & a risotto at 5.38pm. Delivery eta was 6.38pm - we didn’t receive our order so called to ask where it was, the employee said “on the way” and hung up. We then had to call back again asking once more “what time would the order be here?” It was now 7.15pm and the second time we called we were advised that the delivery driver left it on the doorstep due to contactless trade. Our food went cold from sitting at the door for over 10 minutes, it was EXTREMELY burnt and the risotto tasted like a bucket of rice pudding it was disgusting to say the least. We have thrown out the food as it tastes terrible. We don’t understand why we didn’t head a knock at the door to advise us our food was here since we are sitting in the front room right next to the front door. We also didn’t understand why last week they delivered the food to us by knocking but this time there was no knock or communication. I had to wait for 1hr and 45 minutes. Originally told 40 minutes got there on time and was told mine should take about another 10 minutes. I waited then walked back in after 15 and was told oh sorry Mr I have just put yours in. That's almost 1 hour and she only started the cook I ordered over $65 worth of food and people order and got food before us. So finally 1hr 45 minutes later we have our food. She says she took off the garlic bread price. Wow. $5 discount for an extra hr wait. I'd get better pay per hour at Maccas.we got the food home, ate 1 peice of Pizza, the base was not cooked. Had 1 spoonful of Cabonara and it was massive chunks of onion not cooked and the traditional Cabonara had more cream than a cake shop. To top it off it was rock hard garlic bread. The worst take away I have ever had. If I could they would have gotten negative stars. I hope Landsborough gets better food soon. Because if they are anything over 2 stars...
