We called to place a catering order for our team pick up at 1pm , we explained to Sunny that our team only had a 30 min lunch break and this would be ready for us at 1pm she promised it would. I arrive to pick up the catering ask if the order was ready and Sunny went out the back and came back and said oh its going to be another 5 - 10 mins, I asked why this wasn't ready and she said we ran out of some things we have been busy. i told her there would not be enough time and left. I then called the store to raise my complaint with the manager or owner again and spoke to Sunny who said she was the Manager. when i explained why I called her first response was "i didn't say 5 - 10 mins" i said 2 mins" which was a straight out lye or she would just taken my money and made me wait the 2 mins .. she then proceeded to call me a liar and would not answer my question as to if we ordered with 2 hours notice why our catering order was not ready and boxed up and ready to go at 1pm as discussed, just wouldn't answer it, I said will you admit you stuffed this up a bit and apologies but no she would not apologies, i asked for the owner/franchises email address to write to, she said something like maybe "raj" and then hung up on me. - The store was rather dirty and they had a desk fan sitting on the counter blowing air from the kitchen to the customer area... in a world of Covid 19 , not to mention the multiple food safety breaches .. at the time of writing this store has a 3.6 star google review ... its obvious, this place is in desperate need of a new leadership/management team. If the owner would like to reply with his contact details I would be more then happy to discuss further. - UPDTAE - Sent owner an email, wait his reply - SECOND UPDATE - ITs been a week still no reply to my email, assume the manager im complaining about is also filtering the emails.THIRD UPDATE a month later, the request by the owner for me to email was just for the review page , they never replied to my email . Read moreWent through the drive thru after finishing a very long shift and got the rooster feed (the big family meal). On the drive thru menu it says that 2 sauces are included with the meal, I get home we have no sauces. I call the store to ask about the sauces and why our corn wheels were burnt and black. Apparently I need to tell them what sauces or I don't get any, even though on the display menu it clearly sauces sauces are included and says nothing about having to tell them what sauce you want you don't get any. His response to the corn was "yeh it's a bit darker to night", and when I told him no they aren't dark they black and burnt on multiple peices. He said "yeh there a bit black tonight yeh". Offered no help, and no resolutions and was downright rude. Will never be coming...

Eventually I had to break the silence by asking if she had any suggestions. She told me to drive to the window. I parked outside the window for about 2 minutes before anyone came over (the store had no customers in it). I showed her the order receipt and they slapped together a cold burger. No microwaved roll, and if the chicken was even at a safe temp to start, the cold bun had guaranteed it was cold by the time I got home about 6 or 7...
