I saw the juices in bottles in the fridge at the cabinet near the counter and I wanted to grab one. I ordered the sublime pine juice and although it was good my glass was half ice and about 100ml of juice. I questioned the person who served me on why I didn’t just get the bottle and a glass with a cup of ice but they said only takeaway get the bottles and if you dine in you don’t. I do not understand this because I feel entirely ripped off with my money spending $7 on a tiny amount of liquid as it was mainly ice in my glass. What is the point in displaying juice in the bottles when you do not even sell them like that. In mooloolaba they sell the exact same juices at a cafe and you do get the entire bottle so you can control how much you want and save the...

Unfortunately I was not clear when I asked for Eggs Benny with bacon because it comes with ham so I was charged for an extra side of bacon rather than replacing the ham with bacon. My error but would have also been helpful for staff to check if I wanted a side or wanted to replace the ham

I found this out when I queried my $43 bill for an OJ, blk coffee & eggs Benny.

Staff were willing to refund me the cost of the extra side which was great.

The food and coffee was not what I would expect for the price. I ended up leaving alot of it. I’ve had the same order this morning at a different location for around $25. All of which was fantastic.

Great location/setting with mediocre food & lousy service. Our kids wouldn’t even eat the waffle and when we tried it we realised why - it was dry with zero taste. The service was also seriously lacking. No one asked how anything was or if we needed anything while dropping off the food.
