Had a large chai latte which I enjoyed as it was such a chilly day, but it was rather diluted. Kids enjoyed their babycino and hot chocolate. The avo smash was not bad (probably should have asked to add rocket on top which the next table did) and the chicken wrap from the kids menu was tasty, generous with chicken and veggies and great value. Pancakes looked delicious but were just ok. Overall, it was good value. Could use an Entertainment Book voucher too. The cafe was very busy so the wait for food was longer today (about half an hour), but service staff were friendly and helpful.

Look. It's a nice enough place. I must say the wait staff were lovely and helpful. With all of that said.... I don't like to complain so I didn't when i was there because I was hungry and in a hurry. However, in my book, it's not ok to serve a bacon and egg roll that must've been on the pass for ages because it was dead cold. On top of that, the crunchy bits were egg shell! I picked out what shell I could find and ate it. Spoilt my day though. Such a shame because it really did look like other people enjoyed the place.

Funky little cafe across from the park that goes back a long way ( a bit like the tardis it's bigger on the inside) Lovely friendly staff that looked after us. A variety of menu items with nothing that is particularly heavy. I had the smoked salmon and poached egg combo. Coffee is nice, not bitter, place is comfortable, what more could you ask for.

Great menu and well priced. The 'half' serve option is brilliant.

Ordered the corn fritters, which were fluffy, flavorful and fresh, and weren't greasy. They came with a massive mound of sour cream though, which would be much nicer if at least halved. The fritters could do without the sweet chilli as well.

The side of haloumi was slightly overcooked.

Tea was lovely and uses actual tea leaves.

For the most part the staff were friendly, however, the man who took my order didn't understand English and barely spoke English, which made the ordering process a little challenging.

I'll definitely be back to try more items...

Decided to check this out as it was one of the best rated cafes in Randwick on Zomato. Ordered a coffee and a salmon eggs benedict, both of which were great and reasonably priced. The salmon, avocado and eggs were heaps fresh, and the bread toasted nicely.

It was also pretty cosy inside, and liked the cute bookshelf in the corner filled with books about food. The barista was really nice (seems I didn't get the grumpy one people have mentioned), and it was really great seeing the owner make a genuine effort to chat with everyone.

Nothing to fault, great friendly place with warm atmosphere and...
