Never got the chance to taste their food. Initially ordered a meat pizza, was told there was a 15 minute wait because the meat wasn’t ready. So went with another option. After about 10 minutes I was approached by staff to find out what my order was while I was assured my food was in the oven. I was then refunded .50 cents for the delay!!?? A further 5 minute wait produced an offer of a can of coke with my food still not done after a 25 minute wait, I left. During my wait I witnessed utter chaos, the two pizza makers simply couldn’t cope with the number of orders. At one stage the kitchen hand attempted to help while several others in branded shirts and the manager of the store were desperately trying to make things right. The only reason why I ordered Pizzas from this place was because my usual place to go to was closed! And I regret it! I should have gone to Maccas instead! We ordered the King Prawn & Manoosh Vegetarian. The King Prawns were overcooked and the Garlic Sauce was insipid. The Vegetarian was something else: like the cook had removed a mixture of old vegies from the Fridge, and thrown them on a pizza base heavily laden with Zaatar Sauce (picture attached). Only detectable taste was Zaatar! It was also dry & salty. Threw half of it out! Inexcusable & unacceptable! And all that for a total of $53.00! We will never make this...

I ordered through the website to support the store, but all I got was terrible service and refusal of a refund for inedible food. Need Ubereats as a layer of protection when dealing with rogue store managers.

The delivery driver went to the wrong building.After standing around the in the cold for a while, gave me an ice cold, damaged pizza.

The manager was furious and couldn't understand why I wasn't happy after receiving a second cold pizza after that mishap.
