3.8/5* The Feed Punchers made an attendance to the new Brazilian Bbq joint located on Alison road in Randwick. The worker was incredibly friendly, proudly talking to us about all the ingredients and meats he was providing us with. -We ordered two family packs, which each included; two choices of meat, a salad, chips and cassava (A native South American plant). -The chorizo was smokey and fatty with a perfect spice blend, combining paprika and pepper. The Smokey flavour dominated the chorizo, unleashing a spicy yet sweet flavour into the nose. -The picanha was cooked to a perfect medium rare, which is perfect for rump cap cuts. It had an infused Smokey crust, nicely seared by the open flames. -The chicken was tender with a fatty skin, hosting a classic bbq chicken flavour. The pork on the other hand was the polar opposite, dry and unpleasant. -The potato salad was interesting and tasty, extra creamy featuring potato and carrot with a slightly tangy mayonnaise. -The chips were great, crispy, salty and soft, they were perfect sided with the Molho a Campanha, a Brazilian salsa made with tomato, red onion and capsicum. -The cassava was powdered and mixed with salt and pepper- it went perfect with the meat, adding carbs and saltiness to the palate. Overall, this was quite a nice selection of Brazilian food, we will be back to try it again. Thanks, Bah express!

WARNING: Sneaky upsells without you knowing you're paying much more! Ordered the family pack (2 meats, chips, salad) which is now $62. When ordering, the owner said he can also throw some rice and beans on. I said sure. The bill arrives - he has charged us $10 for plain white rice and another $10 for the beans (both in picture)! The cheapest possible ingredients/sides in the world just added $20/33% to the meal without warning. He did the same to my mate. He couldn't decide which 2 of the 3 meats to order, so the owner said he could give a little of all 3 as a favour. Super relaxed offer. Then charged for a plate of chorizo!? Sneaky upsells tactics are not how you treat customers if you want them to return, mate. We were ready to start coming weekly until that.

I used to love this place and reviewed 5 stars but this place has changed and Im not encouraging people to go there anymore. Been overcharged and thought it was a mistake. When reading the comments I realised it’s a pattern and strategy used to increase your bill without you noticing. The quality dropped and it felt really disappointing when I brought so many people to introduce Brazilian culture. It felt really miserable to eat this little amount of meat and im definitely not coming back. Serving in a cardboard was also bad.

I was dying to have some local Brazilian make its way to Randwick so when Bah came along it felt like a dream come true. I’ve been here twice now, but I don’t see myself coming again, sorry.

The first time was on day one and was a bit of a nightmare, in terms of language barrier, the order taking a long time and it being incorrect multiple times (even with my partner translating).

Second time, the order was also not what was asked for but I got over it, as long as I’m getting some Brazilian BBQ meats that’s all I’m really fussed about.

The big problem is how the meats are cooked quite a bit in advance, which I get because ‘express’ is in the name, but meat dishes like picanha simply cannot be good when it’s cooked far in advance. Not juicy at all, very tough to chew and overall lacking seasoning.

It’s ok, the sides can redeem it slightly, right? Sadly no, the feijão and potato salad was majorly lacking any flavour, the chips had no seasoning, the rice was undercooked just a touch too much even for Brazilian standards (I understand arroz branco is meant to be a bit al dente) and the leafy green salad I’m pretty sure was just picked out of a Woolies packet with no additives or dressing.

For the price you pay here (about $26 for the plate of meat and all sides, not cheap) and compared to other Brazilian I’ve tried in Sydney, I’m quite disappointed. I’ve tried a lot of Brazilian in Sydney with my partner (who isn’t gaucho but is Brazilian) and this just doesn’t fit the bill.

I’m sorry to leave this review, please don’t take this as hate but as constructive feedback, but I just...

They had a stall in Circular Quay for Halloween (Ghost in the Rocks), Cashier lady was very nice, but the work flow to order seemed stupid, they hand you a ticket and tells you to hand it over to the next window over the fence to another staff ( that the cashier lady couldve easily done herself).

They were not even that busy, in fact only me and another customer before me.

As I tried to give the docket to another person the people cooking at the back just seemed to ignore me no acknowledgement. No one attending at the spot where you were meant to give the docket. Eventually gave it to one of the guys.

I got my food (bbq prime ribs). Dryer than sand, no sauce what so ever, salad was squished, meat OVERSALTED, I only ate it cause I was hungry. For the price of $35 you would at least think sauce would be a part of that meal.

And another note if you pay by card they charge another $1.11 (total 36.11) which is obnoxiously deceiving seeing as the prices advertised is not what you pay.

Its just theatrics that they do well, big rotisserie spinning, with all the meat on it, and some skeletons as Halloween decorations.

I never really do reviews but I was so sorely disappointed having paid so much for trash food trash service.

Hopefully you can do better for other paying customers. Ive eaten at corner Kebab shops do...
