Oporto Greenacre Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered a meal for 2, for $50, it looked good on the delivery app and while I am aware photos of food are taken with cold items, what I got was disappointing and no where near the photo I saw.

What looked like severely sunburnt chicken that had a hint of lemon taste to them, only aspect that made them edible. Soggy chips, and a Bondi burger and Oprego burger with a whiff of sauce on each burger. No taste whatsoever, other than chicken, bread and lettuce/ tomato. Lacked salt to it, bland as.

They weren’t busy, the turn around time for this delivery was HALVED literally.

Won’t buy from here again.

Update … they “said” they would get in contact after a survey conducted…. Still waiting and another reason why you shouldn’t buy food...

We always go to any oporto branch and order the same meal of half chicken meal box with 2 legs for years which we never had a problem with until Today when we went to greenacre brach which we normally get our chicken from they refused to sell us the 2 half chicken of legs as usual instead they made us buy 2 boxes of quarter chicken of legs which made it 2 meals because it made them the profit claiming they had no chicken left according to the manager that was on duty his name was oheen. I couldn't understand the fact that he can sell me the 2 chicken legs separately after claiming that he had no chicken left just to get us to pay instead of $18 we ended up paying $27....

Personally, I think that Oporto is one of the best fast food establishments in NSW. However, I found the service to be quite poor at the Oporto in Greenacre. We placed an order in the drive thru, then proceeded to the pay at the collection window. upon approach we requested to add something else to the order. The worker, although quite personable asked us to go back around to collect everything after paying so he could serve the person behind us. However, he had not even given us the initial order or drinks at all 🤔 it just seems as if he was putting KPIs before customer experience. Will probably be going to the Oporto in North Starthfield...
