Their crispy Hot Chips cooked well, seasoned, with a perfect cut & thickness, goes very well with the Aria Special dipping Sauce mayo.

Honestly, this is the best sandwich I've ever had and I've lived in multiple continents and travelled a lot. The bread is super fresh with crispy surface but soft inside. Roasted sesame on top just makes it perfect. The salad inside is sooo fresh. If you want to reduce the amount of meat, you can ask for half Olivie (a mashed potato salad) and half meat/chicken. Their falafel is the best in Sydney...it tasted exactly like what it should be like in the Middle East (I mean, come on, Sydney restaurants, is falafel really so hard to make??!! Why most of them in Sydney is dry and tasteless?!). Well, this is not supposed to be a complaint so I will stop here :P...
