Thursday 2nd September, I ordered chicken 9 pieces online through Extra Crispy Chicken Merrylands 2160.The app showed me that it will be ready by 1916 hours. I called the store and asked the female staff if it could be ready earlier if possible. She was not help full at all. I asked her if I could speak to the manager or Supervisor, she replied she does not know and told me to find out yourself from Goggle and hang up the phone. When I reached to the shop and showed the staff my online order. I have been told by male staff that we cannot complete the order as we are very busy, and I must take with the company to return the money as they have nothing to do with the Eatsapp. He also advised that if I want to have the chicken pieces then i should order him at the shop now and not on the app and will take half an hour. I told him that I already spent nearly 30 minutes and I cannot wait anymore. He said then cancel the order on the app, I told him there is no option to cancel the order he then said that not his problem and I should contact Eatsapp. Therefore, I requested to return the payment which was taken from my card as I will take this matter to Fair trading. If they cannot handle the orders, they should not take the orders and should not waste time...
