Positives:
The ambience is excellent, creating a pleasant shopping environment. Common areas are kept tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. The centre features a variety of ‘happening’ shops that cater to diverse tastes and needs. With multifarious shops, there is something for everyone. The great vibes throughout the centre make it a welcoming place to visit. It’s an embodiment of multiculturalism, reflecting the rich diversity of the community.
Negatives:
Navigating the levels are confusing. It’s hard to distinguish between Level 1 and Level 2. Unlike Westfield or Westpoint, the design at Stocklands fails to clearly convey which level you’re on. Adding to the confusion, there are directions to parking levels P1, P2, P3, etc., without clear indicators of your current level. The missing of a simple addition L1 or L2 on both sides of the wayfinding sign, is a flaw. Irrespective of my side of entry into the shopping centre, I should be able to see which level I'm on. There are no LED sensors in the parking spots to assist patrons in finding vacant spaces. Additionally, there are no digital displays to inform visitors about the availability of parking spots. Overall, while the shopping centre excels in many areas, improving the navigation and parking experience would significantly enhance the convenience...
Read moreDO NOT COME TO VOGUE CLOTHING STORE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady on the afternoon shift on 12 March 2024 has extremely ungrateful service and no intention to sell. She has been on her video call the entire time and after 10-15', I tried on 4 sets of dresses and when I find another 2 dresses and would like to try on, this is after 10' of my shopping time, the lady seems to be upset with me as she wanted to close the store. She kept asking if you would buy anything at all every 2 minutes and said the store would close soon at 4:30pm while google said closing time at 5:30pm. At this point, I have no time to see many items in store at all. I left the items I don't want hanging on the rack in dressing room and left those that I want at the counter. Went inside to try 2 more dresses and came out, I saw those I wanted have been put back in display, so I asked the lady where all the dresses I left on the counter . She said : " I thought you didn't want to buy anything, so I put them back, I can't read people's minds " LOL What would you think at this point if you were me??? I came back to display rack and kindly took my items and paid and walked out. Went to the next store to shop and walked out around 5:25pm and saw this Vogue store still had not been closed yet. What was the rush??? Good luck to whoever hired this lady!...
Read moreTerrible customer service. All the places treat you as if you are less than human and not equal to one another. Honestly, have no idea why people still visit this place as the Hoyts got removed and all the fun along with it. Now all it is, is simply just a 'fashion' place without any fun for anyone. The experience I shared with my partner at Cotton On is disgraceful as the shopkeepers had their eyes on me the whole time (apparently I looked like a thief), couldn't get enough room to breathe as my partner went to try on a beanie and the sales assistant really lacked some quality character skills that make you SELL the items that you are offering. Essentially, this place is a gimmick, a scam and doesn't treat its customers appropriately not to mention that I have applied for jobs all over this excuse for a shopping center and have not been successful. Utter and complete disgust. That is why unlike the '5 star raters' who are being paid to say things, I will give you an honest opinion-do not shop here unless you know what you want and can get it quickly and get the hell out of there. Appalling customer service,...
