Bakers Delight Wetherill Park — Restaurant in Sydney

I occasionally head to Bakers Delight in the centre when i'm on a break at work for some quick food. Usually its very fast service but there are a few times where I am at the counter and I am ignored by staff members who are literally right in front of me. Last week I walked up to the counter on a Thursday where a young blonde girl was working along with an older man and both decided that even though we made eye contact multiple times, they ignored me. The man was cleaning so I let him off the hook since the girl was behind the counter bagging some bread, she kept looking at me and never came up to me or even acknowledged me. I stood around for about 5 minutes thinking she needed to finish what she was doing, but when she did finish, she simply walked back over to the machine to start bagging another loaf of bread. My reason for buying from this place is that their bread is better than the average bread from Cole or Wollies, but I've noticed two problems, one, when I buy the turkish bread from other branches they're consistently about 50% to 75% larger than the same bread from Wetherill Park branch, I'm sure they have the franchise rules and it seems this branch is not following them, second is the pastries, I've bought two types, vanilla and chocolate, and most of it was bread, the amount of vanilla and chocolate is so little and they're not cheap, they're around $4.50. I haven't bought them from other branches so can't compare. I feel ripped off, not sure if I'll be buying from them again. I definitely not buying the pastries...

I would always say great service and great products at this store ... I regularly by my bread there...and can not resist a Date Scone or two.....However...on my last visit...Thursday 3rd October...
