This WAS one of the best Thai restaurant some time ago. They lost their charm. It's very depressing when u r inside the restaurant. The lady at the cash counter looks very rude. Someone should teach her how to smile as it's good for her health and business. Pls don't forget to carry plates from your home as they serve smartphone sized plates to eat rice and curry. Their coconut milk curries are watery.It used to be thicker a few years ago. Chicken in the fried rice was as hard as a rock. They should microwave frozen chicken B4 adding it to the dish and even I felt rice was pretty old.It's not worth what you are paying as literally no taste in any of the dishes. It's high time for them to shut down this shop rather than changing management and menu without improving the taste and core services.
My reply to the restaurant management: I still stand with what I have written especially regarding the smart phone sized plate. If you have different sized plates, you should either provide or ask your customer to see if they want a bigger plate or smart phone sized share plate. How do I know you have a variety of plates as I am not running the business. Also, I still remember when I came and asked the 2nd time specifically I needed plates to eat and the lady at the counter mentioned she already kept it on the table which was the smallest share plate. So it doesn't make sense to what you have written below.
Moreover, before even ordering the food, the lady at the cash counter asked me whether I will be making the payment now or later. You should first offer the menu card, ask us what needs to be ordered and then discuss payment. This is the ritual all the restaurants are following in the whole world except the greedy ones like your restaurant.
Sometimes ago u guys gave me an ice cold Singapore noodles for lunch and when I asked the team to make a fresh one as it was really cold, the lady at the front desk denied it. She said she will reheat the food rather than making a fresh one. This happened two years ago and the complaint list goes on till now.

Secondly, we ordered Soft shell crab with papaya salad and there was a hair in it. A long, thick strand of hair. We asked for another, and did NOT receive any apology from the staff. They said the salad given was "new" however it was clearly not new. When a family member went to pay, we asked to not get charged for the dish given to us. They agreed and took the dish from the rest of the family, still eating the soft shell crab (and not the salad). We paid $13-14 for a dish that had a dark, thick hair in it and that was taken from us while we were STILL eating it. Arrived at restaurant at 7pm. I paid in full for my order and was told it would be another 15mins because "it is very busy". Fair enough, it is a busy time and 15 mins is reasonable. So at around 7.20, i check in with the staff, who tell me sorry, not much longer, just waiting on the Massaman beef. 7.30 - people who have walked in long after me have left with there meals.... im still waiting. Staff are now avoiding eye contact. 7.45 - i am becoming quite adjitated so i get the staff's attention again and this time i ask them what is taking so long.
