KFC Northmead — Restaurant in Sydney

this kfc has terrible delivery. i had a party with my freinds and ordered two zinger boxs drinks and an extra zinger stacker burger, we ordered at around 8:30 and our food arrived at 9. when we opened the packet we were so excited to eat and the smell was amazing, but when we opened the packet there was no burger. at first we thought it was no issue as we could call the kfc to deliver it to us, but when we called them they clearly told us that they would deliver it back to our house and apoligized for the mistake. me and my freinds did not eatour food as we did not want to eat while our other freind had nothing to eat. so after around fourty minutes we finally called them back and asked for our burger. the manager then told us that we had to come and pick it up at the kfc. this was a total shock for us as we did not have a car home and that is why we paid for delivery. after a long conversation with the manager we asked for a full refund as this completley ruined our night and made us lose appetite as the mood was just off. we were unable to recieve our burger. we could not even buy another burger becouse it was so late in the night that this kfc did not have delivery anymore. the manager completely ruined our night and our freind had to go home and sleep with an empty tummy. we are very unhappy with the customer service as the manager also spoke to us very rudely with minimal respect. if you are planning to get delivery especially during dinner time i would suggest another food franchise as this KFC has totally unprofessional delivery and has no respect for the costumers. the date today is the 18th of march. this completely ruined my Saturday night dinner party with my friends who we met after a long time. if i could i would give zero stars but the minimum rating is one star. this KFC manager has completely ruined the KFC branding to me and my friends.

I guess we've been spoilt by Northmead KFC. Because every time I order at Northmead KFC the food is always excellent! We live within access to a few other KFC's like Baulkham Hills, Seven hills Blacktown, and Parramatta to name a few, and after trying them all over a period of more than 7 years. Northmead KFC is hands down the best KFC within 10k's Their food is always cooked just right and the flavour is as good as it gets. They don't skimp on product or try and cut costs on smaller portions or less coating to save money, it's always cooked and coated right. In Fact even if we are driving past another KFC we don't stop, we go out of our way to go to Northmead. We have tried others as mentioned but the food is never as good. With weight times and service, I'm not phased by variations in service as I understand restaurants can get smashed by a massive influx of customers at one time and it is not humanly possible to service an explosion of customers all at once. However except for those odd occasions the speed of service has been impressive. I think it's as fast as it gets. So impressed with the relentless precision on which Northmead KFC functions. For us as long as when we get the food it's great were happy! And at Northmead it always is for us. If there was a KFC award I would give it to Northmead KFC Therefore as there isn't an official award as we know it I want to say Congratulations Northmead KFC for outstanding cooking and...

Staff is very rude!!! On Tuesday 8th July around 8:45pm i ordered 9pcs chicken. The guy named Michael took the order. The old vietnamese lady who was working inside near the window to give the order was very rude. I kindly asked her if i can choose only wings, legs and thigh. Because we do not eat chicken breast and ribs in my house. So it would go to the bin. She refused and said we are too busy and there is not enough chicken Like u guys have a lack of chicken??? She did not even ask me whether i would like to wait for it? Or she did not even try to accommodate. She said i would have to accept the breasts and ribs as well. I told her its ok i will take a refund and cancel the order As soon as i said that her tone changed and she said she will see what she can do She went inside and changed the chicken pieces. Miraculously she was not able to accomodate. Only because i chose to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Still when i came home there were ribs in the box and she lied.

Zero customer service. Staff is not properly trained. They do not know how to talk to customers and are very rude.

Better to go to kfc rosehill or kfc granville. I never had an issue there. Ordered plenty of time and they accomodated my requests for 3 wings 3 thighs and 3 legs.
