Beiruty Bakehouse — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered via phone family deal 1 which comes with 2 large pizza, garlic bread and drink for $35 (As per their IG page menu) and a Nutella pizza for $13. I get there and they tell me the meal deal has gone up to $42 and my total to pay was $75 all up. Rushed I pay it only to realise in the car that I had paid for an extra pizza I didn’t order. When I went back the girl insisted that I had told her 3 pizza (mind you it was only for 2 ppl & I had mentioned this to her on the phone) plus the Nutella one. I tried to tell her it’s not what I had ordered but she kept denying it so the guy that was at the counter (looked like her brother) decides to step in and rudely try refund me the money for the extra pizza. I felt bad cos they had already cooked it so declined his offer and left only to notice when I was walking out that he was giggling about it to the customer that was standing behind me. Obviously the young girl there has no experience and got the order wrong and tried to put it on me and i ended up paying for her mistake. First time going...

Their pizza is incredible. The most consistent and delicious I’ve ever had. I’m married to an Italian and had a lot of different types of pizza, from pizza haven to quite elite woodfired pizza and everything between. This pizza is its own kind of special and I’ll pick this every time (tomato based meat lovers). Even with any option or business. I never write reviews but I feel this is necessary in this case, I admire those that do post reviews and create the average star rating and I do rely on these posts to make decisions and I feel it’s time to give back to a worthy business. Props to Manoosh&Co for what you’re doing for the community, I know you’ll keep it up as I’ve had quite a few pizzas from you and not said anything. Ordered two family deals and was told that food will be ready in 20 to 25 mins. About 30 mins later l went to pick the food, firstly the young guy at the counter has not experience how to talk to customer. Couldn't find my order to start with, when he found after speaking with kitchen, the pizzas were in tray uncooked. When I asked why they haven't been cooked yet, he was just like (we will cook them now fresh). No apologies. Need training in customer service... Food is always great.... never...
